Delivery Options

At Ghost Riders, we want your new bike to arrive safely, securely and in the way that suits you best. We currently offer two delivery options to eligible UK mainland addresses.

FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

Free with your bike purchase

Your bike will be securely packaged and delivered to your address using our chosen delivery service.

Bikes supplied using our standard delivery service may require some final assembly and setup before use. This may include fitting or adjusting components such as the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and other items removed or positioned for safe transportation.

We strongly recommend that assembly, setup and all pre-ride safety checks are completed by a suitably competent person or qualified bike technician.

Ghost Riders cannot accept responsibility for damage, faults or injury caused by incorrect assembly, adjustment, modification or use after delivery.

FULLY BUILT DELIVERY — £100

Your bike delivered assembled and prepared for you

For an additional £100, we'll prepare and assemble your bike before delivery, saving you the hassle of completing the initial setup yourself.

The bike will be assembled and checked prior to dispatch. Certain components may still require minor adjustment or positioning following transportation where necessary for safe delivery.

We always recommend carrying out normal pre-ride safety checks before every ride, including checking the brakes, tyres, controls, fasteners and other safety-critical components.

Receiving Your Bike

We take great care when preparing and packaging every bike for delivery. However, because bikes are transported by third-party delivery providers, we ask customers to inspect the packaging carefully when their order arrives.

If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening the package where reasonably possible.

After opening your delivery, please inspect the bike and its contents as soon as reasonably possible.

If you believe your bike has been damaged in transit, is missing an item, or you have received the incorrect product, please contact Ghost Riders as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the outer packaging

• Photographs of any visible damage

• Photographs of the bike and affected components

• A brief description of the issue

Please retain the original packaging while any delivery-related issue is being investigated, as the courier or Ghost Riders may require it as part of the claim process.

Delivery & Transit

Ghost Riders will take reasonable care to ensure your order is appropriately packaged and dispatched safely.

Where we arrange delivery to you, your statutory rights are not affected by the use of a third-party courier. Nothing in this delivery policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

Once the goods have been delivered to you, or to a person or location identified by you where permitted by law, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of them.

Important Safety Information

Electric dirt bikes are high-performance machines and must be assembled, maintained and operated correctly.

Before riding, the customer is responsible for ensuring the bike is safe to use and that all appropriate pre-ride checks have been completed.

Do not ride a bike that appears damaged, incorrectly assembled or unsafe. If you are unsure about the condition or setup of your bike, stop using it and contact Ghost Riders or a suitably qualified technician for advice.

Free UK mainland delivery is subject to eligibility and any applicable geographical or courier restrictions. Additional charges may apply to locations outside our standard UK mainland delivery area.
